This is an appeal from an adjudication in bankruptcy. An involuntary petition was filed against appellant February 10, 1931, and this, by leave of court, was amended the following 30th of March. Appellant moved to dismiss the petition on several grounds, and, the motion being denied and a jury waived, the evidence was heard by the court, and at its conclusion an order of adjudication entered.
