This suit was brought by the Texas Supply Company, a Maryland corporation, against General Motors Truck Company, a Michigan corporation, to recover the price of ten automobiles which the supply company claims were purchased from it by the truck company under an oral contract entered into on the latter's behalf by a duly authorized agent. There was a verdict and judgment for the supply company, and an appeal to this court by the truck company...
