This is the usual patent infringement suit, brought for infringement of United States patent No. 1,726,113 to Eseck Miller. He states in his specification that his invention relates in general to candy-making machines and more particularly to a machine for making annular or ringlike pieces of candy, and that it is especially intended for use in making candy from material which during manufacture is tacky, taffy-like, or pasty in consistency...
