This suit is to compel specific performance of a license agreement under United States letters patent No. 1,681,033, issued to Benjamin W. Freeman August 14, 1928, upon an application filed December 3, 1923, for a cutout machine for shoe uppers; to enjoin acts alleged to be in violation of that agreement...
