The single question raised on this appeal involves the construction of the amendment to the Bankruptcy Act, which became effective March 3, 1933 (11 USCA § 201 and note et seq.).

Appellant was adjudged a bankrupt August 24, 1932. An order was entered January 9, 1933, discharging him from his debts. The administration of his estate was not closed when the amendment was enacted March 3, 1933. On April 11, 1933, he petitioned the court...
