This is an application through a writ of habeas corpus for the discharge of relator held on a warrant of deportation. The record of proceedings before the immigration inspector shows that relator, an alien, arrived in the United States about June 15, 1923. He was taken from the vessel on which he arrived as a member of the crew because of illness, and has remained in this country except for numerous trips to Canada during the summer of 1932...
