Crane, trustees under a trust indenture, executed to secure an issue of bonds of the Southeastern Hotels Company, a Florida corporation, in the sum of $675,000, filed a petition in the District Court in the bankruptcy proceedings of Charlotte Hotel Company, a North Carolina corporation, praying that its trustee in bankruptcy be required to deliver to the petitioners all the furniture...
