The Columbia Salmon Company shipped 45 tierces of mild cured salmon from Seattle, Wash., to Hamburg, Germany, on an export bill of lading to the order of the shipper, "Party to be notified, J. Lindenberger." After the rail shipment, the bill of lading indorsed by the shipper, the invoice, a sight draft in the sum of $14,500 payable to the order of the libelant, and the insurance policies were delivered at Seattle to the libelant-appellee, who...
