Frank O'Neill was convicted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York of violations of the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA). His sentence was as follows: "Sentenced to the United States Reformatory at Chillicothe, Ohio for one year and two months; or be changed to $1000 fine, if paid."
