Lindholm, deceased, was the father of said administrator and of appellee, Emil G. Lindholm. His estate was probated in the Superior Court of the state of California for the county of Los Angeles. The decree of distribution of said estate, dated March 2, 1927, ordered that the cash belonging thereto...
