Case No. 9548 is an action by the Crawford County Trust & Savings Bank, trustee for the Crawford County State Bank, against Crawford county, Iowa, and various taxing officials of the county for refund of taxes alleged to have been illegally collected for the years 1924 and 1925. After various pleadings, the court sustained a motion to dismiss an "Amended and Substituted Petition," and, the plaintiff refusing to plead further, decree was entered...
