Judgments were rendered, after verdicts of a jury, against appellant for damages arising from the death of Mr. Stewart and Mr. Epperson. They were killed when an automobile in which they were riding, alleged to have been driven by one Briggs, failed to negotiate a curve at high speed. Briggs was a traveling representative of appellant; his general duties were to promote its business in New Mexico, and he was particularly charged with the...
