On January 23, 1929, Fred S. Bertsch was adjudged bankrupt by the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Michigan. On March 5, 1929, Charles H. McBride was duly appointed trustee of the bankrupt's estate. On June 11, 1929, a bill of complaint was filed by the trustee in bankruptcy against appellants to set aside a trust agreement made by the bankrupt previous to his adjudication, with Grand Rapids Trust Company, trustee...
