This is an action on five promissory notes. It originated in the District Court for the District of Ponce in the Island of Puerto Rico, in which court a nonsuit was granted at the close of the evidence on motion of the defendant, and the five causes of action were ordered dismissed and plaintiff ordered to pay costs.
