Appellees are the daughters of one Irvin E. Jones, who formerly resided in Washington, D. C. The elder of them, Bessie, was born June 16, 1904. Her sister, Myrtle, was born April 19, 1908. On March 16, 1927, they instituted suit in their own behalf, and, by amendment, as administratrices of the estate of their father, who died in Philadelphia, October 12, 1923.
