This is an appeal from a judgment on a war risk insurance policy. At the close of plaintiff's case and again at the close of all the evidence, a directed verdict in favor of defendant was asked on the ground that the evidence did not establish a prima facie case. The court overruled these motions, exceptions were taken, and the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff on which judgment was entered, and from this judgment this appeal is...
