The above-named bankrupt and her husband, John Sytsma, farmers, filed voluntary petitions in bankruptcy at the same time. Each scheduled substantially the same property assets. Upon application for discharge the same specifications of objection were filed against each. These specifications were, in substance, that the bankrupts had concealed and disposed of their property and effects with intent to binder, delay, and defraud their creditors...
