This action was brought by Ike Kempner in the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of Arkansas to recover salary claimed to be due him by virtue of a certain written contract made on the 20th day of July, 1925, between Southern Enterprises, Inc., of Texas, Little Rock Amusement Company, and Kempner. The Little Rock Amusement Company was engaged in the movie picture business in Little Rock, Ark., owning or controlling in 1925...
