The appellant and appellee were respectively the plaintiff and defendant in the lower court, and will be so referred to here. The plaintiff has for a number of years manufactured and sold liquid insecticide sprayers. It is the owner of letters patent No. 1,639,294, application for which was filed by Herbert D. Hudson in 1925, and which were issued August 16, 1927. The patent relates to hand-operated sprayers of the cylinder and piston type...
