This is a petition for an injunction under section 4 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act of July 2, 1890 (15 USCA § 4), heard before a special court of the three Circuit Judges of the circuit as provided by 15 USCA § 28. The complainant is the United States and the defendants are 137 producers of bituminous coal operating in the states of Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee and a coal selling agency which they have organized...
