This is an infringement suit against the purchaser of patented machines. The two United States patents in suit are for inventions of Leon Gaumont, a citizen of France, and cover machines for developing motion picture films. They issued in 1916 and were acquired by plaintiff in April, 1930, whereupon this suit was brought in June, 1930. The purchaser of the machines is the defendant Craft Film Laboratories, Inc., with a laboratory at Flushing...
