J. S. Mullen was adjudged bankrupt in 1922. He owned lands in several counties in Oklahoma. He had given mortgages to Waddell Investment Company and to others that were first liens. He had also given second mortgages on these lands, one to appellant Bonner to secure an indebtedness of $100,000.00 which covered the lands mortgaged to Waddell Investment Company.
