The defendant Victor Rosso, and his wife, Laura A. Horne Rosso, were indicted upon ten counts which charged them with having used the mails in a scheme to defraud in violation of section 215 of the United States Criminal Code (18 USCA § 338). Victor Rosso was convicted on all counts and his wife was acquitted on all counts. The government charged in the indictment, and sought to prove, that the defendant Victor Rosso and his wife...
