This appeal is from an order of the lower court refusing appellant permission to file claim with the receiver of the Flour City Fuel & Transfer Company.

In December, 1918, L. R. Arnold and Amy Arnold, his wife, borrowed from appellant $43,000. To secure this loan they gave a mortgage on an improved farm of 500 acres in Woodbury county, Iowa. By the terms of the mortgage, the indebtedness which it secured was to be repaid on an amortization...
