The appellants, Harold Harris and Meyer Morris, appeal from a judgment and sentence imposed for a conspiracy to defraud and for the use of the mails to defraud. They were jointly indicted with Daniel A. Levy, who was convicted and has not appealed, Walter D. Forsyth and Ernest R. Heath, who were tried and acquitted, Samuel C. Sugarman and Earl Sacks, who were not tried, and Ward Williams and Charles L. Gillis, against whom the case was dismissed...
