Appellee, while in active service during the World War, was granted war risk term insurance in the amount of $10,000, payable, in the event of death or total permanent disability occurring while the contract was in force, in monthly installments of $57.50. He was discharged from service July 14, 1919, and premiums were paid on the policy to and including July, 1919, but none were afterwards paid. The policy therefore lapsed, unless appellee...
