The complainant was as trustee designated sole beneficiary in three policies of insurance aggregating $25,000 payable in the event of death of the insured, and each policy contained a provision that in the event of accidental death not excepted therein the amount payable would be double. Defendant has paid $25,000 to the beneficiary trustee, and this suit is for the additional $25,000. The complainant insists insured met his death accidentally...
