This cause is before me on final hearing. It is an action by a World War veteran on a war risk insurance policy. The plaintiff enlisted May 2, 1917 and was honorably discharged January 27, 1919. The policy was issued February 6, 1918, and the prescribed premiums were paid until July 2, 1928, when plaintiff ceased to pay same.
