This is an appeal from an order denying an injunction in a suit brought to restrain the sale for state and county taxes of land of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians conveyed to the United States in trust pursuant to the provisions of the Act of June 4, 1924, 43 Stat. 376 (25 USCA § 331 note).
