This cause is before me on final hearing. It is an action by a World War veteran on a war risk insurance policy. The plaintiff enlisted June 21, 1916, and was discharged May 29, 1919. His policy was issued February 8, 1918. The premium was paid until his discharge. The claim in the petition is that at that time he was totally and permanently disabled because of gastritis, pulmonary tuberculosis, rectal abscess, and general disability...
