This is an appeal from a conviction for conspiring to violate the National Prohibition Act. Appellant urges here several claimed errors.

I. Venue.

One contention is that the court erred in denying a motion to transfer this case, for trial, from the Eastern Division to the Northern Division of the district. The basis of the motion was the prejudice of the inhabitants of the Eastern Division. This motion was supported by many...
