This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The appellees (vendors) filed a bill for specific performance in that court against the appellant (vendee) of a contract for the sale and purchase of lands. The court below decreed specific performance and rendered a general decree for the unpaid purchase money ($9,000) against the appellant, with interest from March 10, 1926, until paid.
