The grand jury of Van Buren county, Iowa, returned indictments against the appellants, charging each of said parties with the crime of accepting deposits in a state bank located in Van Buren county, Iowa, and named in the indictment, with knowledge of the insolvency of such bank, in violation of the statutes of the state of Iowa.
