Two suits, No. 8805, involving patent No. 1,562,787, dated November 24, 1925, and No. 9033, involving patent No. 1,646,490, dated October 25, 1927, were consolidated, tried, and briefed as one. The plaintiffs manufacture and sell the egg incubator covered by the first of the above patents, and allege that the defendant manufactures and sells an incubator embodying the inventions and infringing patent...
