This is a libel based upon the alleged negligent towing of the barge Mauch Chunk by the tug Vim.

The barge Mauch Chunk, carrying a cargo of 822 tons of coal and belonging to the libelant, arrived at Newport in tow of a tug owned by the Engel-Megee Towing & Transportation Company on April 22, 1926.
