The Universal Pile Fabric Coat House, Inc., sued on a policy of insurance issued against burglary. A receiver in bankruptcy was later appointed and substituted as plaintiff. A recovery was had below. The insurance was effective November 6, 1924, and the burglary is alleged to have been committed on December 5, 1924, at the insured's place of business in New York City. It claimed the theft of $29,688.19 worth of beaver sets — fur collars...
