The plaintiff in this case, James Denaro of Cambridge, Mass., is the patentee and owner of two United States letters patent, to wit, No. 1,497,293, applied for October 26, 1915, and issued June 10, 1924, and No. 1,615,799, applied for December 28, 1925, and issued January 25, 1927, which will be referred to hereafter as the first and second Denaro patent, respectively. Both patents relate to improvements in machines for making ice cream cones...
