This is an appeal from a decree finding appellant's "Simplex Can Opener" to be an infringement of claims 1 and 2 of Anderson patent, No. 1,360,256 and claims 1, 2, 6 and 7 of Anderson patent, No. 1,528,178, which patents are owned by appellee.
