An appeal from an order of the District Court allowing certain items of costs in a replevin suit between the appellee and the appellant.

The appellee brought an action of replevin to recover certain merchandise, to the possession of which it alleged it was entitled, of the alleged value of $35,000. Before the marshal was permitted to deliver possession to the plaintiff in the replevin suit, he was required under section 8 of chap. 247...
