This is an action in equity for the alleged infringement of reissue patent, No. 15,902, issued by the United States Patent Office to Salim F. Zaloom, for preserving compound for pistachio nuts, dated August 26, 1924, original application serial No. 569,972, filed June 21, 1922.

Title to the patent is vested in the plaintiff, together with the right to sue for and collect past damages.
