Appellant, a physician, appeals from a conviction for distributing narcotics contrary to law by means of prescriptions given to addicts for the purpose of permitting them to procure drugs from any drug store and thereby to satisfy their cravings therefor; the same to be self-administered without supervision and not in the legitimate practice of his profession by appellant in the treatment of disease. Our inquiry is limited to the error...
