This is an action for personal injuries for the death of Hans Hendrickson, caused by falling over a retaining wall on High street, between Marquette avenue and Second avenue, in the city of Minneapolis. The suit was filed against the receiver of the Minneapolis & St. Louis Railroad Company and against the Great Northern Railway.
