Throughout the United States there are upwards of 25,000 motion picture theaters, at which motion pictures are exhibited for the entertainment of the public. To these theaters motion picture films — i. e., the positive prints from which the pictures are projected upon the screen — are distributed by the defendants and other distributors, who either produce the films themselves or procure them for distribution from other producers...
