This is a suit to enjoin and set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission entered "In the matter of divisions of freight rates in western and Mountain-Pacific territories. I.C.C. Docket 15234," which fixes a new basis for the divisions of joint rates applying on traffic between points in the southwestern and western trunk line territories, and of rates applying on traffic between points in southwestern territory and eastern territory...
