This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court on the ground that the court erred in admitting parol evidence and in allowing the general contractor to recoup from his subcontractor the amount he had to pay for the death of one of the latter's employees under the Workmen's Compensation Act of Pennsylvania (Pa. St. 1920, § 21916 et seq.).
