This suit is for infringement of patent No. 1,539,701, dated May 26, 1925, granted on an application filed November 24, 1920. Claims 2, 5, 9, 11, 12, 17, and 24 are in suit. The patent is for a process for bleaching, preserving, and increasing the baking qualities of flour and of other milling products, and its object is to improve the color as well as the baking qualities and durability of these.
