Beauchamp was vice president of a Memphis bank, which was a member bank in the Federal Reserve system. Robinson was a customer of the bank. The two were indicted for violation of section 592, title 12, United States Code (12 USCA) — it being alleged that Beauchamp, as officer, misapplied the funds of the bank for the benefit of Robinson and with the intent to defraud and injure the bank, and that Robinson, with the same intent, aided...
