These three suits, each based upon a patent having to do with the radio art and now upon final hearing, were tried together. In each, Radio Corporation of America is defendant. In two, the plaintiffs are Dubilier Condenser Corporation, Percival D. Lowell, and Francis W. Dunmore. In the third, they are the same, save that Lowell is not included. The patents sued upon are No. 1,455,141 to Lowell and Dunmore, No. 1,606,212 to Dunmore and Lowell...
