Smith, herein called defendant, for $3,469.62 and interest, which he insists he paid in part satisfaction of a judgment against him in favor of one Heffner upon a certain promissory note executed by Luke W. Smith on December 19, 1919, and which plaintiff insists was negotiated by Smith, and on which he insists he was accommodation...
