Jones, a creditor of the bankrupt firm of Haynsworth & Stuckey, from certain orders and decrees of the United States District Court alleged to prejudicially affect his rights as such creditor, and providing for the sale of securities held by him as collateral for the payment of the indebtedness due him by the bankrupt firm.
